STUDENTS OF SamSIFL BECAME WINNERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIAD ON FOREIGN LANGUAGES

On April 25 and 26, 2019 Karaganda State University (Kazakhstan) held an International Students’ Olympiad in foreign languages with the participation of 200 students from 35 HEIs, such as Germany, Turkey, China, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The good news was that the students of the Samarkand state Institute of foreign languages became the owners of honorary places.

In particular, the winners were the following students of SamSIFL:

• 1-place. Charos Hamdamova (Chinese);
• 2 place. Victor Sundeev (German);
• 3rd place. Shahzoda Alieva (English);
• 3rd place. Alexandra Kurtova (French).

Also, within the framework of the International Olympiad organized by the German academic exchange service (DAAD), Goethe Institute and French Alliance in Karaganda, a master class and a round table on Methods of teaching foreign languages were organized.
