The issue of establishing a mutual visa-free regime between Uzbekistan and the Macao Special Administrative Region of China is being discussed.
Issues of bilateral cooperation in the consular and legal sphere, Macao migration rules, as well as prospects for the development of bilateral tourist exchange within the framework of the “Year of Tourism of Uzbekistan in China”, which started on December 3 this year, were discussed with the head of the Immigration Office, Shu Wengan.
Macao also expressed interest in further strengthening bilateral cooperation with Uzbekistan in all areas, increasing practical efficiency, in particular, in expanding the mutual exchange of citizens and the consistent development of the tourism sector.
An agreement was reached to work together to jointly address upcoming issues related to the industry.
