CHINA – CENTRAL ASIA | BILATERAL COOPERATION FORUM HELD

On December 14-15, 2024, the 7th International Forum on Humanitarian Exchange and Cooperation between Central Asia and China was held at Northwestern Pedagogical University, one of the most prestigious universities in the Chinese province of Gansu.

The opening ceremony of the international event was attended by the head of the Department of Strategic Development and Transformation of the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies D. Khojimurotova and senior lecturer at the Higher School of Chinese Studies N. Valieva.

The forum was attended by more than 100 experts and scientists from Chinese and foreign universities and research institutions. The forum participants held in-depth discussions on topics such as exchanges and mutual learning between the civilizations of the Silk Road, joint protection and research of the cultural heritage of China and Central Asia, the study of law and order issues related to foreign affairs within the framework of the Belt and Road, the study of languages and cultures of Central Asia and the creation of academic disciplines in the field of regional and regional studies.
