MAHATMA GANDHI CENTER FOR INDIAN STUDIES OPENED

On April 6, 2023, the opening ceremony of the Mahatma Gandhi Center for Indian Studies was held at the Department of Languages ​ ​ of South and Southeast Asia of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Rector of the University Gulchehra Rihsieva, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Uzbekistan Mr. Manish Prabhat, faculty and students.
