The Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages named after Iskhahon Ibrat will be created on the basis of the Ibrat School of Creativity in the Namangan region.
The task was set to develop a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on this issue. This is stated in the draft Development Strategy for 2022-2026.
