Today, the republican stage of the competition “Bridge of the Chinese language” was held at the Palace of Culture of the Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent.

The rector of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University I. Tukhtasinov took part in the event, along with other representatives of the country’s universities.

Speaking, the rector gave brief information about the university’s relationship with prestigious universities of the People’s Republic of China, the state of Chinese language teaching in UzSWLU, and wished the participants of the competition good luck.

At the republican stage of the competition, students of the Faculty of Oriental Philology of UzSWLU took an active part and tested their knowledge and skills.
