A FORUM OF RECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES OF UZBEKISTAN AND TAJIKISTAN WILL BE HELD IN TASHKENT

The International Forum is being held by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan on April 15 at Tashkent State University of Economics.

About 100 heads of higher educational institutions, heads of ministries and departments of the two countries will take part in the conference on the theme “2030: Priorities for the Development of Higher Education and Science in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Tajikistan”.

The forum will discuss issues of developing integration between higher educational institutions of the two countries, the exchange of teaching staff and students, the organization of mutual learning processes, improving the quality of education, the introduction of digital technologies in education, professional development and cooperation in scientific activities.

As a result of the forum, more than 20 Memorandum of understanding, Agreements and Roadmaps are expected to be signed.
