The winners of the World German Language Olympiad, which took place from July 15 to 22 in Göttingen, Germany, have been determined.
Three participants won Olympic gold medals at once:
- Ibragimov District (Uzbekistan);
- Mahek Khan (Bangladesh);
- Anna Kotovska (North Macedonia).
The second and third places went to students from Mexico, Italy, Slovakia, Poland and the United Kingdom.
For information: The Goethe Institute in Berlin reports that more than 100 participants from 62 countries aged 14 to 17 took part in the final of the Olympiad.
