A REGIONAL TRAINING SEMINAR ON THE USE OF SCAFFOLDING TEACHING STRATEGIES HAS BEEN ORGANIZED

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, together with the European Union project on Dialogue and Practical Actions for Potential Youth in Central Asia (DARYA), held a regional training seminar on SCAFFOLDING.

The seminar, organized by Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi, was attended by about 100 teaching staff of higher, professional, and secondary educational institutions and mono-centers.

The SCAFFOLD methods are developed on the basis of European standards and are aimed at developing the organization of the educational process and easy assimilation of subjects by students.

These techniques also serve to develop students’ entrepreneurial skills (EntreComp), life skills (LifeComp), green skills (GreenComp) and digital skills (DigComp).
