GEORGIA STATE UNIVERSITY HOSTED A TRAINING FOR ENGLISH TEACHERS FROM UZBEKISTAN

Georgia State University hosted training for 16 English teachers from Uzbekistan’s Access program.

The teachers learned about U.S. culture, customs, and values, with a particular focus on civil rights.

The U.S. Embassy funds the Access program that provides free English language classes to more than 800 students each year throughout Uzbekistan.
