ISSUES OF EXPANDING COOPERATION WITH THE INDIAN AMBASSADOR WERE DISCUSSED

Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Kungirotboy Sharipov held an official meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Uzbekistan Mrs. Smita Pant.

The Minister stressed that our bilateral cooperation with India in the field of higher education, science and innovation is based on the principles of long-term friendship and broad cultural ties.

In particular, special attention was paid to the fact that one of the most important areas of cooperation has always been the study of Hindi, Bengali and Urdu, research on the history, culture and literature of India and Central Asian countries, medicine and information technology, as well as education.
