PARTNERSHIP WITH SICHUAN UNIVERSITY HAS BEEN ACHIEVED

Cooperation between Uzbekistan State World Languages University and Sichuan University of China is expanding. This was agreed upon by the rector of UZSWLU I.Tukhtasinov and the Vice President of Sichuan University Li Yu Bing.

During the conversation, Ms. Li Yu Bing proposed to open a joint institute and become a member of the Association of Pedagogical Universities of Uzbekistan. It is noted that membership in the association provides an opportunity to receive numerous benefits and participate in grants and other international projects.

For information: Sichuan University is one of the leading universities in China, with 47,000 students and more than 3,000 teachers studying at this university. One of the main activities is the training of personnel in the field of pedagogy among 12 branches. 60% of the university’s students are heads of schools in Sichuan. Many scientists who have also achieved some success in the field of engineering work at this university. For example, the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality prepares qualified personnel for the country’s tourism industry. Implements joint educational programs with universities in England and Italy. Founder of 4 Confucian institutes and 2 Confucian schools. There are 2,500 international students studying at Sichuan University, 1,500 of them on a grant basis.
