RYAN GAFFEY, DIRECTOR GENERAL FOR GLOBAL CAMPUSES AT WEBSTER UNIVERSITY, VISITED UzSWLU

The representatives of Webster University, consisting of the Director General for Global Campuses – Ryan Gaffey, the executive rector of Webster University in Tashkent – Rasul Rakhmanov, and the responsible officer of the university – Ulugbek Shukurullayev, visited Uzbekistan State World Lanfuages University, UzSWLU.

The rector of UzSWLU I. Tukhtasinov, the Vice-rector for international cooperation A. Nosirov, the head of the Department of International Relations H. Yuldashev took part in the meeting with the guests.

During the meeting, Rector I. Tukhtasinov gave information about the activities of UzSWLU and its implementation.

Also, at the meeting, issues of concluding a new contract with Webster University, organizing 2-week intensive Russian language courses by UzSWLU, continuing the master’s program of teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL) at UzSWLU, and cooperation in other areas were discussed.
