SPANISH-UZBEK LANGUAGE CENTER OPENED IN UZSWLU

Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University, Prof. Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov received Rafael Jimenez Castaneda, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation at the University of Cadiz in Spain, and Andres Santana Arribas, Head of the International Center for Eastern Europe and Central Asia (CUNEAC) of the University of Cadiz.

During the meeting, it was proposed to develop mutual cooperation, including sending Spanish language specialists to UZSWLU, establishing a Spanish language testing center with the right to issue certificates. Rafael Jimenez Castaneda supported the proposals and stated that the University of Cadiz is ready to cooperate in all areas to implement joint doctoral programs.

After the meeting, the opening ceremony of the SPANISH-UZBEK LANGUAGE CENTER, established at the Faculty of Romano-Germanic Philology with the participation of the university administration, took place.
