A group of professor-teachers are having a trip to Finland for an internship within the framework of the Memorandum signed between NIU and UzSWLU. At the moment, they are in the city of Jyväskylä, which is crowded with students and has the highest level of education in Finland.
Members of the delegation led by Vice-Rector of NIU, Odil Koysinov and Vice-Rector of UzSWLU, Abdurahim Nasirov are participating in trainings within the framework of a special educational program in Finland.
On the first day of the educational practice, the Finnish educational system and educational advances were introduced. A visit was made to a 3-year high school where Finnish students receive education after the 9th grade. The members of the delegation were familiarised with the processes of teaching foreign languages in this school and had the opportunity to compare. The delegation also visited Mäkelänmäen Koulu High School in Muurame.
Classrooms and workshops of the school and the teaching system were introduced to them. Lessons were observed and experiences of teaching French, German, and English languages were studied. School conditions, technology, equipment, instruments of music and art classrooms, electronic teaching tools, IT of the school were considered. The delegation has become aware of the Finnish experience of an individual approach to students.
