THE UNIVERSITY OF WORLD LANGUAGES EXPANDS COOPERATION WITH UNIVERSITIES OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

The teaching staff of Uzbekistan State World Languages University is currently on a business trip to the People’s Republic of China.

It should be noted that the head of the Department of International Cooperation UzSWLU Yuldashev Husanboy and the director of the Network Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of university teaching staff Abidjanov Alisher held bilateral talks with the heads of a number of prestigious higher educational institutions of the People’s Republic of China during their visit to the People’s Republic of China.

In particular, during the targeted meetings with the leadership of Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU) and Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT), the parties discussed the development of cooperation between higher education institutions; the allocation of grants to teachers and students of UzSWLU; professional development of teachers of foreign languages, in particular, Chinese; attracting native speakers to the university, and also discussed issues of cooperation in the field of research and development.
