Bachelor’s, master’s, lyceum, technical school, vocational school and college diplomas can be downloaded electronically via the platform diplom.edu.uz (available only in Uzbek).

To date, the information system developed by the Center for the Development of Digital Education Technologies under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation has collected information about the diplomas of about 2 million graduates.

The system includes the following processes:

• data on graduates’ diplomas are entered and confirmed;
• in the absence of information about the diploma, graduates register and enter information through a Single identification system – OneID. The University confirms the authenticity of the information about the diploma.

The platform is integrated with the information systems of other government agencies. In this case, the information is generated automatically and you do not need to enter data about the diploma.
