Today, on April 26, 2019 Uzbekistan State World Languages University held an annual conference on “Development tendencies of the modern electronic mass media”.

The event was attended by representatives of the Creative Journalists Union of Uzbekistan, representatives of the Public Fund for support and development of independent print media and news agencies of Uzbekistan, the National University of Uzbekistan, the University of journalism and mass communications of Uzbekistan, guests from Osh State University of Kyrgyzstan, faculty and students of the university.

Interesting lectures and discussions were presented at the conference. Active participation in conference with presentations made by: honored journalist Marat Ibrahimov, a journalist of “Voice of America” Navbahor Imamova, academician  Tursunali Kuziyev, Associate Professor Iroda Ismailov, doctor of philological Sciences Yakutxan Mamatova, deputy chairman of the Creative Journalists Union of Uzbekistan Holmurod Salimov, graduate student Nilufar Akhmedova, undergraduate student Ayjamal Djoldasbaeva, etc.
