A MEETING WAS HELD WITH A REPRESENTATIVE OF CAMBRIDGE ASSESSMENT INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION
January 28, 2025The meeting was attended by Mr. Steve King, Head of the Education Service for North and Central Asia at the British Cambridge International Education, as well as representatives of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

During the meeting, issues of developing cooperation in the field of education were discussed. UZSWLU Vice Rector A. Nasyrov told the guests in detail about the work carried out at the university, the educational process and international cooperation.
The possibilities of improving the processes of teaching English in the higher education system with the support of the Cambridge Organization were also discussed.


Proposals on the following issues were put forward at the meeting:
- Professional development of teachers;
- Improving lesson processes based on modern technologies;
- Modernization of curricula in accordance with the requirements of the Cambridge Assessment;
- Strengthening cooperation with presidential schools and specialized schools;
- Development of a personnel training system based on foreign experience.
