Starting from January 15, 2026, the application process for Independent Applicants begins.

The process will be carried out through the unified electronic system – DARAJA.ILMIY.UZ.

Independent applicant status is a form of postgraduate education intended for candidates seeking the academic degrees of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Science (DSc). It is organized without interrupting professional employment and is aimed at training highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel.

❗️ Please note: when submitting an application for independent applicant status, a foreign language proficiency certificate is not required.
