CHINA-UZBEKISTAN: A PACKAGE OF DOCUMENTS AIMED TO STRENGTHEN THE UZBEK-CHINA WIDE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP IS SIGNED

As a result of fruitful negotiations between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the Chairman of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping, a solid package of bilateral documents was adopted.

The heads of states signed a Joint Statement, which enshrined the main agreements, reflecting an assessment of the state and prospects for strengthening the all-around strategic partnership between the two countries.

Also, agreements were reached and signed in the field of trade, economic and investment cooperation in the amount of $15 billion.
