COOPERATION WITH A PRESTIGIOUS INDONESIAN UNIVERSITY

As part of the Uzbekistan–Indonesia Education, Tourism, and Business Forum held in Jakarta, a delegation from the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages visited one of Indonesia’s most prestigious universities — Tarumanagara University (Universitas Tarumanagara, UNTAR).

During the meeting, both sides reached agreements on attracting Indonesian students to undergraduate and graduate programs in Uzbekistan, particularly in the fields of communication and journalism; implementing faculty and researcher exchange programs; conducting joint scientific research and academic projects; and organizing summer schools and short-term academic visits.

The meeting took place in a friendly and constructive atmosphere.
