EXPANDING COOPERATION BETWEEN KANGWON NATIONAL UNIVERSITY AND UZSWLU

A meeting was held at Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU) with representatives of Kangwon National University.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation. In particular, Kangwon National University proposed the following programs: a 1+3 bachelor’s program (TOPIK 3 or IELTS 5.5+), a 2+2 dual degree program, a 3+1 bachelor’s program with the opportunity to enter a master’s program (TOPIK 4 or IELTS 6.0+), and a 1+1 master’s program.

UzSWLU, in turn, put forward the following areas for collaboration: a 2+2 dual degree program, joint scientific research projects, cooperation in the publication of academic articles and journals, organization of joint conferences and seminars, professional development and internship programs for teachers, expert exchange, as well as training sessions on Korean and English language teaching methodology.
