ONLINE LEARNING SESSIONS ARE BEING CONDUCTED BETWEEN UNIVERSITIES OF JAPAN AND UZBEKISTAN
November 26, 2025At the initiative of the Department of Uzbek and Eastern Languages of the Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages named after Ishoqxon Ibrat, another remote learning session was held between Japan’s KOSEN (National Institute of Technology) and the Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages.



During this innovative session, students prepared and presented presentations highlighting the cultural heritage and contemporary social life of Japan and Uzbekistan. Participants also received detailed academic responses to the questions that interested them.
This activity contributed to expanding students’ intercultural competence, strengthening international academic cooperation, and enhancing their communication skills.


It is noteworthy that the online session further strengthened the effective partnership between the Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages and KOSEN. The event not only provided students with an opportunity to comparatively explore the cultures of the two nations but also significantly contributed to the development of intercultural communication, presentation abilities, and scientific thinking. This experience once again underscores the relevance of international cooperation in education and its practical significance for improving youth competencies.
