STUDENTS PARTICIPATED IN THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE “TEACHERS RESEARCH 2025”
April 21, 2025Students from the Is’hoqxon Ibrat Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages took part in the international online conference “Teachers Research! 2025” with their scientific presentations.

This prestigious event, organized in collaboration with IATEFL Research SIG and MenTRnet, is aimed at showcasing teacher-led research on an international scale. For the first time in the conference’s history, undergraduate students presented their research work.
The students conducted their projects within the framework of Exploratory Action Research (EAR), as part of the “Classroom Investigation” module of the subject “Integrated Course in Foreign Language Teaching.” During this process, they were closely supported by doctoral candidates from the University of Warwick — Elyanora Menglieva and Umida Khakimova — as well as experienced mentor-teachers from the institute.

Under the guidance of world-renowned scholars such as Richard Smith and Ernesto Vargas Gil, the students proposed solutions to practical challenges faced in English language teaching. Their presentations sparked great interest among the participants and were highly praised.
