Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Oktam Salomov paid a working visit to Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute.

Within the framework of the visit, the Deputy Minister closely familiarized himself with the activities of the Automotive Engineering School and the Scientific and Practical Center for Alternative Energy Research of the institute.

Special attention was given to the scientific studies, applied research, and production-integrated projects being implemented within these structures, as well as to their content and practical significance.

During the meeting, a comprehensive exchange of views took place on priority areas for the development of research activities in the country, particularly in engineering, energy efficiency, innovative technologies, and support for young scientists. Particular emphasis was also placed on increasing scientific capacity, expanding international cooperation, and actively participating in grant-funded projects.
