WORLDSKILLS PRACTICAL TRAININGS LAUNCHED IN COOPERATION WITH KOREAN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

In Samarkand’s Monocenter, short-term international practical training sessions have started within the K-STAR Partnership Program for Skills Development, initiated by WorldSkills Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and HRD Korea of the Republic of Korea.

Speakers highlighted the importance of strengthening Uzbekistan–Korea cooperation, improving teachers’ qualifications in line with international standards, and introducing advanced teaching methodologies.

A total of 314 teachers from 14 regions of Uzbekistan are participating in the trainings, working with Korean experts in 11 professional fields. The program will continue until November 14, providing opportunities to study best practices and modern approaches in the vocational education system.
