At the press conference, information was presented on amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 646 of October 12, 2020.

Thus, registration of applicants to participate in testing for a certificate of knowledge in the relevant general education subject will be carried out through the Unified Portal of Interactive Government Services (website my.gov.uz).

Since registration for the exam is carried out through the website my.gov.uz, the applicant will be charged 90 percent of the established fee.

For persons registered in the “Unified Register of Social Protection” information system, as well as persons with disabilities of groups I and II, a 50% discount is provided.

Test results are calculated according to the international methodology – the Rasch model, according to which when typing:

over 70 points are assigned level A+;
65-69.9 points – level A;
60-64.9 points – level B+;
55-59.9 points – level B;
50-54.9 points – level C+;
46-49.9 points – level C.

Applicants with an A+ and A level certificate receive the maximum test score in the relevant subject upon admission to a university undergraduate degree.

For applicants with a certificate of level B+, B, C+, C, points are counted in proportion to the maximum score.

In compulsory subjects, applicants who have a national certificate receive the maximum score.
