TASHKENT STATE UNIVERSITY OF ORIENTAL STUDIES ESTABLISHED

According to the Presidential Decree “On Measures to Fundamentally Improvement of the System of Training and Increase Scientific Potential in the Field of Oriental Studies,” the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies was established on the basis of the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies.

Starting from the academic year 2020/2021, the University will conduct tests on a multi-point system in Eastern languages for admission to study (such as: Turkish, Arabic, Farsi, Dari, Indian, Urdu, Chinese, Korean, Uigur, Japanese).
