THE EXPERIENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IS BEING STUDIED IN ANKARA

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation is participating in a short-term professional development program organized in Ankara in cooperation with the Agency for Civil Service Development under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Human Resources Department under the President of Turkey.

This program, attended by employees working in the departments of human resource development and management of several government agencies and organizations, was organized to familiarize participants with digital programs and innovative solutions implemented in the management and development of human resources in Turkey and to exchange experience in this area.

During the program, participants will share their experience on modern methods and digital solutions implemented in human resource management, study methods for adapting new employees to public service, and get acquainted with the activities of human resource management departments of ministries and departments of Turkey.
