A Memorandum signing ceremony between Uzbekistan State World Languages University and Liaodong University took place at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.

According to the signed Memorandum, it has now been agreed to cooperate in the following areas:

• Exchange of teachers and scientific researchers for training, internship, and joint scientific research;

• To improve language skills, to participate in student exchanges, youth forums and contests, as well as to organize winter and summer schools to get acquainted with the culture and traditions of the peoples of the two countries;

• Organizing the participation of teachers and scientists in international conferences, forums, and seminars on current topics of learning Chinese and other foreign languages.

• Introduction and implementation of joint educational programs with the leading universities of the People’s Republic of China for the parties in the priority areas of education and master’s degree, etc.
