A delegation from Navoi State Mining and Technology University and the “Farhod” Cultural Palace continues its foreign tour aimed at promoting Uzbekistan’s cultural heritage worldwide.

As part of the project organized within the framework of the 43rd session of the UNESCO General Conference, scheduled to be held in Samarkand this year, the next concert program was held in Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland.
The festive evening titled “Samarkand – Heart of the Silk Road” was attended by Icelandic guests, officials from the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the United Kingdom, and members of the diplomatic corps.

Visitors had the opportunity to closely familiarize themselves with Uzbek handicrafts, national music and dance arts, and the tourism potential of our country. This project, aimed at promoting our rich cultural heritage, continues its journey.
