By the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers under the number 446 as of 4/09/2023, Karimov Rivojiddin Gulomjonovich was appointed rector of the Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages.

Rivoiddin Karimov was born in 1977 in Namangan region.

In 1999 he graduated from the Uzbekistan State World Languages ​University with a Bachelor’s degree, in 2006 with a master’s degree. Specialization – Linguistics (English). He is a Doctor of Philosophy of Pedagogical Sciences (PhD).

Prior to his appointment, he worked as Dean of the Translation faculty of Uzbekistan State World Languages University.
