RESEARCHER FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF PISA UNDERGOES TRAINING IN UZBEKISTAN

Matteo Sheketti, a researcher and specialist in source studies from the University of Pisa, is undergoing professional training at the Department of Central Asian History of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies under the Erasmus+ ICM (International Credit Mobility) program.

During the training, the researcher became acquainted with the department’s academic potential, faculty members, and the university’s educational and research activities.

He was also given the opportunity to work with the university library’s collection, including ancient sources related to the history and culture of Central Asia.
