THE STATE VISIT OF THE PRESIDENT OF UZBEKISTAN TO FRANCE HAS BEGUN

The president of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has arrived in Paris on a state visit at the invitation of President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron.

Elizabeth Born, Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Scientific Research of France, General Loic Mizon, Commander of the military district of Paris, and other officials met Uzbekistan’s leader at the plane.

The national flags of the two countries were raised and a guard of honor was formed in the honor pavilion of Orly International Airport in honor of the distinguished guest.

At the residence where the delegation of Uzbekistan is located, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev was greeted with great joy by a group of our compatriots, students and workers, as well as those engaged in science in France. The Head of our state had a sincere conversation with them and wished them success in their studies and research.
