UZBEKISTAN’S NATIONAL HERITAGE WIDELY PRESENTED AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BUENOS AIRES

The event showcased Uzbekistan’s historical figures, customs, national costumes, and handicraft products. Additionally, melodies and songs performed with traditional musical instruments, as well as national dances, added a unique spirit to the event.

Notably, guests were treated to Uzbekistan’s national dish — plov — prepared by representatives of the Uzbek State University of World Languages. The fragrant aroma, rich taste, and beautiful presentation of the plov left a lasting impression on the Argentinian guests.

The event also contributed to promoting Uzbekistan’s rich heritage internationally ahead of the 43rd session of the UNESCO General Assembly, which will be held in Samarkand in 2025.
