A BRANCH OF LIAONING NORMAL UNIVERSITY TO BE ESTABLISHED IN KHOREZM
October 5, 2026A branch of Liaoning Normal University of the People’s Republic of China will be established in Uzbekistan.
A Presidential Resolution “On the Establishment of a Branch of Liaoning Normal University of the People’s Republic of China in Uzbekistan” (PP–359, October 2, 2026) has been adopted.
According to the resolution, a branch of Liaoning Normal University will be established in Khorezm Region.
The educational process will begin from the 2026/2027 academic year.
Instruction will be conducted in Uzbek, Chinese, or English.
Studies will be offered in full-time and alternative formats.
Students admitted through the 2030/2031 academic year will study on a full state-funded scholarship throughout their entire period of study.
Starting from the 2030/2031 academic year, 30 percent of admission places will be allocated on the basis of state-funded scholarships.
In accordance with the curricula, students’ practical training will be organized at production and service enterprises in the region, including through dual education.
