An official meeting was held at the Autonomous University of Madrid with the participation of a delegation from the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

During the discussions, the parties exchanged views on strengthening cooperation, expanding academic ties, and implementing joint projects between the two higher education institutions.

Special attention was given to the following priority areas: student and faculty exchange programs, launching joint degree programs (Double Degree), developing scientific and research cooperation, participation in the Erasmus+ programme and other international grant initiatives, as well as expanding research in Spanish language studies and linguistics.

At the end of the meeting, the parties reached an agreement on developing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), expanding academic mobility, and implementing joint scientific projects.
