At the initiative of the Department of Theory and Practice of Italian Translation of the Faculty of Translation Studies at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University, a “Summer School” project has been organized for students of the University of Modern Languages and Communication of Milan, with the aim of further strengthening the university’s international reputation and expanding international cooperation.

Within the framework of the project, a delegation consisting of 18 students and 4 professors was ceremonially welcomed at Tashkent International Airport.

Guests were provided with tours of Tashkent’s historical monuments, cultural centers, and tourist attractions.

The “Summer School” program, running from May 30 to June 8, offers participants the opportunity to closely study the Uzbek language, culture, traditions, and national values. The program includes lessons on the Uzbek language and culture, seminar trainings, cultural events, and visits to historic cities such as Samarkand and Bukhara.
