Stress tamoman yomon narsa emas. U sportda raqobatga kirishganingizda yoki sahnadagi nutqingizda qo’shimcha energiya va diqqat jamlashingizda qo’l keladi. Ammo surunkali davom etsa, u sizning miyangizni o’zgartira boshlaydi.
