As part of the official visit of the delegation of Uzbekistan State World Languages University to Spain, a cultural event was organized at the Spanish–Uzbek Center at University of Cádiz.

During the event, detailed information was presented to Spanish students and academic staff about the rich history of Uzbekistan, its national values, traditions, and cultural heritage.

Participants were introduced to the historical monuments of ancient cities such as Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva, as well as to the country’s national cuisine, traditions, and modern development. In addition, samples of Uzbek national costumes, handicrafts, and folk applied arts were showcased.

The event also featured performances of Uzbek national music and songs, along with a presentation on Uzbekistan’s tourism potential and ongoing reforms in the country.

This cultural meeting contributed to further strengthening friendly and cultural ties between the two nations.
